There are many opportunities to jump in, get involved and serve as Cottonwood Community Church incorporates many body members into accomplishing the church’s ministries and services. As the Apostle Paul talks about in 1 Corinthians 12, the body is made up of different parts each with an important job to do to be able to function as a unit. So it is the same with the body of Christ, it is made up of many parts, none more important than another, each contributing whatever gift they have been given. Here are some places where you can serve:
- Junior High/High School Youth Group
- Nursery – infants through age 2 (during the teaching time of the service)
- Jr. Church – age 3 through 8 (during the teaching time of the service)
- Sound Crew (setup, control microphones, record service)
- Worship Team
- Greeter (arrive at 9:45 and hand out bulletins)
- Communion Setup (get communion supplies ready)
- Setup Crew (arrive early to set up church and clean up after church)
- Coffee Crew (arrive early to get coffee ready)
